BellaV regular donates Alicia Keys’s piano

What do we love most about the BellaV? The people we meet and their incredible stories. Shout out to one of our all-time favorites/regulars from the BellaV community- Mr. Andy Nahas. We recently learned he is helping bring the power of music back to lives across the nation.
To kick off his newly established non-profit, the Rochester native and UCSD alumni donated a used and signed piano that had belonged to the talented Alicia Keys.
“Although everyone understands the importance of music, its application to quality of life issues is greatly underappreciated. Relatable popular music instruction for economically challenged and other youth, a choir for the homeless, an orchestra for refugees, and professional style concerts at nursing homes are examples of initiatives which are far too rare. As for the rest of us, regardless of age, creating music is a key secret to living a much happier life.”
